The protection of your privacy during processing is an important matter to us. Personal Data

Personal Data constitute particulars about personal or factual circumstances of a specific of specifiable natural person. This includes information such as e.g. name, address, e-mail and phone number. The legal bases of data protection are to be found in the German Data Protection Act (BDSG), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, as of May 25th 2018), and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). The use of our page is generally possible without specification of any personal data. Use and Transmission of Personal Data

If you commission us to provide a service, your personal data will only be used to the extent that is necessary for the execution of the commission (e.g. processing of information enquiries or requests for brochures). This especially includes the transmission of your data to the competent partner for your commission from the AXING Group partner community, to transport companies, to credit companies and others to provide the service or the services used to execute the contract. There will be no transmission and especially no sale of your data beyond the scope of the aforementioned. Except: We transmit customer accounts and personal data of customer if we are legally obligated to do so or if such a transmission is necessary to assert our General Terms and Conditions or other agreements or our rights as well as the rights of our customers and those of third parties, e.g. in case of attacks on our network infrastructure for the purpose of legal enforcement. This includes an exchange of data with companies that specialise in preventing and minimising abuse and credit card fraud. It is explicitly made clear that in this context there will be no transmission of data to these companies for economic use that contradicts this privacy policy.

Obligation of Employees and External Service Providers

Naturally, our employees and the service provider companies are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to obey the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Law.

Use of Personal Data for the Intended Purpose

Any use of your personal data will only be conducted for the mentioned purposes and the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.

Cooperation with External Service Providers

We commission other companies and individuals with the fulfilment of tasks for us. Examples are, among others, the delivery of parcels, shipment of letters or e-mails, maintenance of our customer lists, analysis of our databases, advertising matters (including the provisioning of search results and links), execution of transactions (credit card, direct debit or purchase on account) as well as customer service. Our security measures will be reviewed periodically and constantly improved pursuant to the technological development. The content of unencrypted e-mails can be accessed by third parties. Hence, we recommend sending confidential information either in an encrypted manner or by mail. Your e-mail address will exclusively be used for our correspondence with you. There will be no deviating use or transmission to third parties.

Disclosure, deletion or blocking

At any time, you have the right to disclosure about your stored personal data, their origin and the purpose of data processing free of charge and without giving reasons. Objection Advertising E-mails

We hereby object to the use of the published contact data in regards to the obligation to provide a masthead to send advertisement that has not been explicitly requested. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in case of unrequested mailing of advertising information, for instance in the shape of spam e-mails.

Agreement, State or Change of this Privacy Policy
